Jeddah is one of the most famous cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, dubbed the Bride of the Red Sea, because it is one of the largest cities overlooking the Red Sea coast, with an area of about 5460 square kilometers, and its population reached 3,712,917 according to the 2022 census.

Jeddah is characterized by many unique historical landmarks, and among its most prominent landmarks: the Cemetery of Our Mother Eve, which is located southwest of Jeddah, specifically in the Al-Amariya neighborhood near the Red Sea coast, Khuzam Palace, which is one of the historical royal palaces that King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz used to reside in, and Naseef House, which is also one of the historical palaces, named after Sheikh Omar Effendi Naseef who built it in 1289 AH.
Among the most prominent landmarks is also Abrug Al-Raghama, which is one of the most important historical pathways for caravans heading from Jeddah to Mecca. Its fame is due to it being the last camp where King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz stayed when he unified the country.
Sheikh Al-Aseel Cemetery located on the (Old Jeddah Mecca Road) is also one of the most important landmarks of Jeddah, in addition to Al-Aziziyah well, which was established by King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz in the Al-Aziziyah area. Additionally, there is Wadi Breiman, which was a groundwater area in the past, located in the northeast of Jeddah, where artifacts dating back to the Stone Age were found.
Jeddah is also famous for having many parks and gardens, such as the Eastern Al-Muntazahat District Park, Atallah Happy Land Park, in addition to the Jeddah Corniche overlooking the Red Sea, which is divided into the northern and southern coastline and Obhur Creek. There is also King Fahd's Fountain located on Saudi Arabia's western shore on the Red Sea, distinguished by its stunning view, especially at night.
Jeddah also includes skyscrapers such as Kingdom Tower, Lamar Tower, Almas Tower, and other towers, alongside the Jeddah Flagpole, which is considered the largest and tallest flagpole in the world. Durrah Al-Arous is the most famous tourist resort in Jeddah, containing hotels, beaches, swimming pools, restaurants, clubs, and other recreational services.
Among the most famous old mosques in Jeddah are Al-Shafi'i Mosque, Uthman bin Affan Mosque, Al-Basha Mosque, Al-Mimar Mosque, Al-Hanafi Mosque, Al-Maghribi Mosque, in addition to Al-Akkash Mosque.
As for the modern mosques in Jeddah, there is Al-Rahma Mosque, King Saud Mosque, Al-Jifali Mosque, in addition to Aisha Mosque, Hassan Anani Mosque, and lastly Al-Lami Mosque.
